About Alison
The most rewarding aspect of Alison’s work on behalf of clients is the empowerment she receives from knowing that she’s helped make something right. Whether the task involves preparing rebalancing and trading recommendations or ensuring that her clients are invested appropriately to meet their income requirements, she’s driven by doing the right thing for her clients. Always. Every day can present both challenges and new experiences, but, for Alison, the best ones end with her knowing she has helped improve a client’s peace of mind in some small way.
As an associate wealth advisor, Alison assists in managing client assets through portfolio implementation and rebalancing, retirement analysis, wealth transfer and tax-loss harvesting. She works hand-in-hand with the firm’s wealth advisors to create and implement comprehensive, long-term financial plans designed to help clients meet their most important goals.
Alison came to Buckingham Strategic Wealth from Clarity Financial Planners in St. Louis, where she managed client relationships and supported the firm’s wealth advisory and planning team. Prior to that, Alison served as operations manager for Mason Road Wealth Advisors from 2006 to 2015. Also until 2015, Alison served in advisor and client support roles and as a billing software specialist for BWTP CPAs, which she joined in 1993.
Alison is a graduate of the administrative program at Hickey Business College, and she has attended St. Charles Community College and the University of Missouri–St. Louis.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys hiking, swimming, fishing, hunting, riding ATVs and spending time with her family at their 85-acre property in Callaway County, Missouri. A native of St. Charles, Missouri, Alison and her husband have two children, Amanda and Ben, and a dog, Toby Mae.
