About Sean
Sean Hejna has a passion for helping people. He cares deeply for the people on his team and takes great pride in helping them feel fulfilled in their work.
As the managing director of Buckingham's advisory team leadership, Sean Hejna serves as a business partner to several Buckingham Strategic Wealth advisory teams across the country. It’s his job to ensure teams have everything they need to deliver the BSW experiences to clients. He enjoys being a sounding board for advisors and helping them find solutions. It’s where he learns best, helping solve problems for others.
Before joining Buckingham in 2011, Sean worked in the accounting department for a law firm handling accounts receivable. He hold’s a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an MBA from Webster University.
Outside of Buckingham, Sean enjoys spending time with his family, walking his dog, watching TV and reading. He’s also thrilled to indulge in any breakfast-type food. A St. Louis native, he lives with his wife and daughter.
