About Steve
As an associate wealth advisor, Steve supports his team and clients in all aspects of the financial planning process. His goal is to help every investor achieve their wealth goals and dreams. One of the favorite parts of his position is building relationships with clients, becoming a true partner and trusted resource to help them focus on what matters most in their lives. He gets the greatest satisfaction by listening to clients, identifying their needs and helping them find solutions.
Prior to joining Buckingham in 2007, Steve served as a financial advisor with Renaissance Financial in St. Louis. For the past 17 years, he has worked as an advisor on Buckingham’s fixed income team, helping both clients and advisory teams develop, implement and maintain high-quality fixed income portfolios tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia. He also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™professional designation.
Outside of work, Steve enjoys spending time with friends and family. He resides in Chesterfield, a suburb of St. Louis, with his wife, Jenny, their daughter and Great Dane, Duke. He is also an avid outdoorsman and partakes in golfing, fishing, hiking, skiing and travel.
