Buckingham Named to Top Workplaces for Seventh Year

Our employees have spoken, and the St. Louis Post Dispatch listened! We are excited to announce that Buckingham Wealth Partners has been named a St. Louis Post-Dispatch Top Workplace 2022. The list is based solely on anonymous employee feedback gathered by a third-party administrator. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 24 base statements in four culture imperatives including align, connect, coach, performance. The survey also measures other responses regarding employee engagement, leadership and basic business information, including pay and benefits.
