Buckingham Strategic Wealth Among Top RIA Firms for Third Year

The ranking includes nearly 700 firms and displays not only growth in assets, but also growth in assets per client and change in number of client relationships overall. Additionally, Buckingham claimed a ranking of 44 on the Top 50 Fastest-Growing Firms by Financial Advisor. This is the third consecutive year Buckingham has appeared in the rankings.

The firm’s recognition on Financial Advisor’s two key rankings comes on the heels of Buckingham’s June appearances in 2019’s edition of the Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers and the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces.

While earning industry awards in no way motivates the firm’s efforts to become a leader in the independent wealth management space, this distinction among our peers acknowledges Buckingham’s successful evolution into a nationally recognized firm. The Financial Times 300 Top Registered Investment Advisers is an independent listing produced annually (June 2019) by the Financial Times in collaboration with Ignites Research, a subsidiary of the Financial Times that provides business intelligence on the investment management industry. The FT 300 is based on data gathered from RIA firms, regulatory disclosures and Financial Times research. The listing reflected each practice’s performance in six primary areas: assets under management, asset growth, compliance record, years in existence, credentials and online accessibility. This award does not evaluate the quality of services provided to clients and is not indicative of the practice’s future performance. Neither the RIA firms nor their employees pay a fee to the Financial Times in exchange for inclusion in the FT 300.
