Buckingham Strategic Wealth Awarded ADA CERP Recognition

With this certification, the result of a rigorous application and review process, Buckingham joins an elite group of about 500 clinical experts, dental schools and other continuing education providers approved through the ADA CERP. Certified providers are held accountable for maintaining the same high standards that first earned them ADA CERP recognition through periodic reevaluation.

Buckingham received ADA CERP recognition due in part to a demonstrated ability to meet stringent requirements for evidence-based processes and quality in content management administration. This includes retaining a committee, which includes two ADA members, to review any course content the firm offers.

ADA CERP was created to give the American Dental Association’s more than 160,000 dentist members a mechanism to confidently select quality continuing dental education courses and promote continuous improvement in continuing education for dentists nationally and globally. The program also provides dental regulatory agencies sound basis for uniformly accepting the continuing education credits mandated by licensing bodies. All U.S. licensing jurisdictions that currently have continuing education requirements for dental licensure renewal accept credits offered by ADA CERP recognized providers.

ADA CERP is overseen by the Commission for Continuing Education Provider Recognition, an agency established in 2014 to serve the dental profession by developing and implementing standards to promote excellence in continuing dental education, with the end goal being continuous improvement in patient care.
