Buckingham Strategic Wealth has earned a place among the St. Louis Post-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces for 2018, the third consecutive year the firm has appeared on this list. Buckingham rose in this year’s rankings, finishing 36th among the St. Louis region’s midsize companies.

We are thrilled to be included among just 150 organizations selected for the 2018 Top Workplaces designation. This annual award, which is given based on feedback shared through a third-party survey conducted by Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), is especially meaningful because it originates from the thoughts and feelings of our associates.

Our place among the companies on this year’s list of Top Workplaces shows that our ongoing mission to create a collaborative, energetic and professionally challenging environment continues to contribute to a flourishing firm culture. Buckingham’s strong and dynamic workplace culture remains representative of the fact that it is born from and sustained by associates who recognize an alignment between their own personal values and those of the firm.

While this award acknowledges something Buckingham’s associates have long known, it also represents welcome recognition within the wider community of our effort to foster a vibrant organizational culture that encourages associates to thrive personally and professionally while emphasizing a commitment to always put clients first.

Our Top Workplaces award is based on the results of a survey completed by our associates. The overall survey, which was taken in 2018 by more than 44,000 people at businesses and nonprofits of all sizes, evaluated workplace culture on several criteria that exemplify a strong organization.
