Buckingham Strategic Wealth Named to Top Workplaces in St. Louis

Annual award winners are selected based on employee feedback shared through a third party survey, on several aspects of workplace culture that exemplify a strong organization. This award is especially meaningful as it comes from the thoughts and feelings of our associates about Buckingham. Becoming a Top Workplace is earned through our dedication to our team, our clients and our mission.

Buckingham had an 85% response rate to the third-party survey conducted by Energage. In 2019 more than 1,100 companies and nonprofits of all sizes were nominated in the awards program, representing more than 94,000 employees in the St. Louis area. Participation in the survey set a record high with more than 46,000 employees completing questionnaires.

Our place on the list highlights we are a team of individuals bound together by a common purpose of doing the right thing and a shared set of values that guide our work together every day. Those shared values help to create a collaborative, dynamic and professionally challenging environment that contributes to a thriving firm culture while emphasizing a commitment to always put clients first.
