About Adam
As an associate wealth advisor, Adam works as part of an advisory team to support clients’ financial needs by identifying and implementing planning opportunities. He manages clients’ portfolios in line with their investment policy statement and Buckingham’s investment philosophy.
Adam decided to pursue a career in wealth management after reevaluating his values, seeking a new position that provided more personal fulfillment and that aligned better with his interests. Prior to joining Buckingham, he spent 17 years in corporate supply chain management for several large, global food and agriculture companies. From this experience, he became interested in passive investment philosophies and behavioral finance, and he developed a strong desire to work directly with clients to make a positive impact on their financial outcomes. After discovering the fee-only fiduciary world of financial planning, he knew that becoming an advisor at Buckingham was the right career move for him.
A native of West Central Illinois, Adam has a bachelor's in business management and master's in business administration from Western Illinois University. As a husband and father of three, he understands how much of a positive impact sound financial planning can have on a family. He and his wife, Annie, and children now live in Webster Groves, Missouri, and enjoy being part of the neighborhood and community. When they get the chance, he and his wife enjoy trying local craft beers together in St. Louis or when visiting a new city.
