About Cay
As a client relationship specialist, Cay Prescott provides quick and accurate answers to operational questions from advisors and clients. By working collaboratively with her team, she supports clients by facilitating all monetary, maintenance and paperwork requests. Cay is proud of her ability to help them meet their financial needs and goals, in whatever capacity is needed.
With over 17 years working in the banking, consulting, credit card and investment service industries, Cay has a wide range of collective experiences. Prior to joining our team in 2024, she serviced clients’ accounts at Lincoln Financial. She also held the position of wholesale broker sales assistant at AIG, providing scheduling and marketing for the VP annuity wholesaler in the North Dakota and Minnesota region.
Cay is a graduate of Troy University with a Bachelor of Science in information systems. She earned double MBAs from the University of Stavanger and Troy University. Cay also obtained her ChFC certification from the American College of Financial Services.
Cay currently resides in Chesapeake, VA. She was born and raised in New Orleans, LA, but has also lived in Germany and Norway. Cay is a military spouse and loves to travel with her husband and two daughters.
