About Daniel
Daniel brings a broad range of experience to client relationships, including portfolio design, risk management, charitable giving and family wealth transfer, personal and small business retirement plans and retirement income planning.
Dan was a principal and senior wealth advisor at RNP Advisory Services before the firm joined Buckingham Strategic Wealth. While at RNP Dan served on the firm’s Investment Committee, the body responsible for developing and maintaining investment portfolio strategies and platform. In addition to advising his clients at RNP, he played a key role in mentoring junior advisors and interns.
Dan has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional designation and holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation which represents a thorough knowledge of, and ability to apply, fiduciary practices. He attended University of California at Davis and California State University at Chico where he studied biology and business and also completed work towards his masters of science in financial services.
Dan is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), past member and past director of the Rotary Club of Morgan Hill where he was active in the Rotary youth Interact programs, and past president of the Charter School of Morgan Hill Foundation Board. He was raised in Morgan Hill, California where he currently resides with his wife Tracy and their two children, Blake and Jordyn.
