About Heath
As an associate wealth advisor, Heath McAteer works with the Casper, Wyoming and Scottsdale, Arizona, advisory teams to develop sound, thorough wealth management plans that take into consideration each client’s distinct goals. He also helps educate clients about evidence-based investing and provides planning that helps them feel confident that their financial futures are secure.
While the strategies he develops are highly analytical and based in data, Heath’s favorite part of the job is the human element. He values the opportunity to learn about the lives of his clients and colleagues, and relishes the moments when he can give clients the peace of mind that they’ve done what’s necessary to be in a “good” financial position.
Heath joined Buckingham Strategic Wealth’s Casper, Wyoming, office in 2018. Previously, he served as a staff accountant at Anton, Collins, Mitchell LLP for two years. Heath earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Wyoming in 2015.
When he isn’t crunching numbers and analyzing portfolios, Heath can be found enjoying his creative side as an avid guitarist, singer and all-around music lover. His other hobbies include fly-fishing, photography and traveling.
