About Linda
As an associate wealth advisor Linda leverages her diverse background to help clients achieve their financial goals. She assists with client relationship management, financial planning and portfolio management. She also coordinates and collaborates with her team to analyze and prepare appropriate materials for rebalancing, trading, portfolio management, progress meeting topics, meeting reports and presentation materials.
Linda was introduced to the financial industry through a part-time finance job at a financial counseling firm during her undergraduate studies. The more she learned, the more interested she became, and she began her career on the investment research side of the business. However, once she was introduced to financial planning, she knew that was where she wanted to be. She believes everyone can benefit from the services she can offer, helping to make their financial lives better and give them peace of mind. She is passionate about a clients’ unique financial journey and wanting success for them.
Linda joined Buckingham Strategic Wealth in 2020 after serving as a portfolio manager at Asset Management Group, Inc. Previously she served as a senior investment analyst and portfolio manager at Prairie View Associates, a portfolio manager at Bensman Group, a principal with LMW Consulting, and a vice president, equity research analyst at RBC Global Asset Management. She has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. She has passed the Series 7 and Series 66 exams. Outside of the office Linda is involved in the Jeff Metcalf Fellows Foundation at the University of Chicago and volunteers at her church.
A native of Chicago, Linda earned a bachelor of science in finance from the University of Illinois Chicago and a masters of business administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She spends her downtime with her three sons and dog Sadie. Linda loves all types of sports, especially volleyball, adventure obstacle races and being in the outdoors - hiking, biking and kayaking. She is a fan of crab legs and pizza and was lucky her first concert was The Eagles at Alpine Valley!
