By sourcing bonds and executing trades efficiently, Lindsay strives to provide clients with the highest level of service. As part of her role, she stays informed about the yield curve, which is an important factor in fixed income investment decisions. She also maintains a solid understanding of Buckingham’s approach to fixed income so that trades she makes align with an evidence-driven approach to investing.
Lindsay genuinely enjoys fixed income and couldn’t see herself in another field. It excites her to see how current events, market news and economic data move interest rates on a day-to-day basis. She appreciates the objectivity in fixed income, as yields are quantifiable and generally lack the emotion-based responses often associated with the stock market. She loves to read timely research articles, and she keeps a personal journal full of news and facts about fixed income markets. She references the information frequently and finds it valuable when having conversations with financial advisors.
Prior to joining Buckingham Strategic Wealth, Lindsay worked for Wells Fargo Advisors on the fixed income desk. In this role, she traded municipal bonds and assisted financial advisors and traders across all fixed income products. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from California State University, East Bay, and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of North Texas.
Originally from the San Francisco Bay area, Lindsay loves wine from all over the world but is partial to Napa Valley reds. At home, you might find Lindsay behind the barbeque grill or spending time with her husband, Brian, and son, George. She de-stresses by listening to music and loves to run.
