About Mark
As trading and operations manager, Mark Tonopolsky oversees equity trading execution and fixed income operations. In this role he’s able to provide guidance to advisors and clients when it comes to complicated equity positions or portfolios. He’s able to recognize inefficiencies and help determine the best path to improve them. While some days on the trading desk are more intense than others, he values working for a firm that not only advises but educates its clients as they map out their financial goals.
Mark joined Buckingham in 2007. Previously, he worked as a loan office and loan processor for Nexstar/Bank of America. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri.
