About Mary
Mary supports the clients of Buckingham’s Oregon offices by helping them take the steps which bring them closer to their most important financial goals. She brings a singular focus to every task at hand: Mary loves being a part of a collaborative team that assists clients by building financial plans, implementing and rebalancing portfolios, or simply being there for them when they have questions or concerns.
Mary previously was with Griffon Financial Planning, Inc., where she was responsible for the day-to-day operations and client service for the firm. She also assisted with retirement planning and facilitation of client portfolios. Griffon joined Buckingham in 2019.
Mary has earned the Certified Financial PlannerTM and Certified Public Accountant designations. She is involved with the Oregon Society of CPAs, a professional community that serves CPAs engaged in public practice, corporate finance, government and education. Mary received her bachelor’s degree from Southern Oregon University.
Away from work, she enjoys hiking, reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. She also serves as a volunteer official for local high school swim programs. Mary lives in Ashland and has two grown children, Keith and Kirsten.
