About Pam

By working to create comprehensive financial plans designed to meet each individual’s values, needs and goals, Pam Rowe helps clients achieve financial security and independence while giving them the ability to focus on what’s most important in their lives.

As a wealth advisor, Pam works with the Houston advisory team to manage client assets through portfolio implementation, portfolio rebalancing, retirement analysis, wealth transfer, tax-loss harvesting and risk management. She’s motivated by helping clients work toward achieving their financial goals through a holistic approach that integrates all elements of financial planning, elements that in other models might be handled by competing interests, and by the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with colleagues fundamentally dedicated to doing the right thing for the client.

Pam joined Buckingham Strategic Wealth through the firm’s 2015 merger with Posey Capital of Houston, where she was Client Relationship Manager. Pam’s responsibilities included financial planning, investment management and working with clients to develop strong and lasting relationships built on trust and the understanding that they, and their interests, always come first.

Before joining Posey Capital in 2011, Pam spent more than 25 years in the banking industry. She most recently held various roles at Wells Fargo and JPMorgan Chase, where she served private banking and trust clients with investment advice and comprehensive wealth planning services that included estate preservation, wealth transfer, retirement planning, executive compensation and risk management. Early in her career, Pam traded money market securities and foreign currency while working in the Houston and London offices of the former Texas Commerce Bank.

Pam received her bachelor’s degree in political economy from Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Va. She holds a Series 66 securities license and the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional designation, which she earned through the graduate certificate program at Rice University's School of Continuing Studies.

Pam, who during college minored in organ performance, is a member of the choir and the change bell ringers at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Houston. Previously, she volunteered her time on the church’s finance and staff/parish relations committees. Pam belongs to the Financial Planning Association and Houston Estate and Financial Forum.

Her personal interests include choral music, change bell ringing, cooking and traveling. Pam, who hails from upstate New York and Connecticut, lives in Houston.
