About Becca
Becca has a passion for financial education. Championing the role of both advisor and advocate, she enjoys making money work for her clients – not against them – so they can focus on the people, endeavors and causes that matter most. As a wealth advisor with Buckingham Strategic Wealth, Becca guides clients through an evidence-driven, behavior-based planning process. Becca and her team empower clients by effectively managing cash flow, portfolios, tax planning and advanced planning methods that together make up an exceptional, comprehensive wealth management strategy.
Becca's specialization in student loan repayment planning allows her to provide clients a holistic financial framework in which they both accumulate wealth while simultaneously deploying strategies geared toward full loan repayment or forgiveness.
Becca received her Bachelor of Arts degree with concentrations in political science and economics from Washington University in St. Louis. Becca holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™️ certification and the Accredited Business Accountant (ABA) designation from the Accreditation Council for Accountancy and Taxation®️ (ACAT). She also holds the Certified Student Loan Professional (CSLP) designation from the CSLA Board of Standards. Prior to joining Buckingham in 2019, Becca worked as a financial advisor at Synergy Wealth Solutions and Guardian Life.
Becca is an alumni member of Buckingham’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and currently offers pro bono services through the Foundation for Financial Planning and other local nonprofit organizations. As an alumni of the St. Louis New Leaders Council Fellowship (2019), she actively volunteers with organizations supporting political engagement. She also volunteers at Kansas City's Lakeside Nature Center, providing educational activities focusing on environmental awareness and wildlife conservation and is involved with education efforts at Operation Breakthrough, which aims to break the cycle of poverty in Kansas City by empowering families through advocacy, emergency aid and education. In her free time, Becca enjoys yoga, hiking and exploring national parks.
